I too think about the traffic impact. But the Werrlein proposal would bring less traffic than turning the WSSC building into condos. Condos could mean hundreds of new residents--and that's just in the building, not to mention any development of the parking lot. Adding condos might also require a parking structure. The Werrlein proposal could bring lower density compared to another developer because Werrlein would put single-family homes (rather than townhomes) across from the existing homes on Hamilton Street and 41st Avenue.
